The Short Version for Borrowers
We are a referral service, not a lender. When you submit a loan request through this site, we pass your request information to independent participating lenders so they can present offers. Under the CCPA, disclosing personal information to a third party for that party’s own commercial purpose can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing,” even when no money changes hands for the data itself. You can stop that sharing at any time (see Opt-Out below), and you never need to submit a request to read any informational page on this site.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers or financial account credentials, on this site. Lenders collect any additional details they require on their own application forms, under their own privacy notices.

- Service providers that host the site, deliver email, and process form submissions on our behalf, bound by contract to use the data only for that purpose.

Your Rights Under the CCPA and CPRA
- Right to know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, and to receive a portable copy.

How to Exercise Your Rights
Email [email protected] with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” and include your name, the email address you used in the request, the right you want to exercise, and enough detail for us to locate your records. We verify requests by matching the details against information already on file and may ask one follow-up confirmation. You may use an authorized agent with your written permission. We respond within 45 days, with a single 45-day extension where the law allows it.
Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
To stop future sharing with participating lenders, email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Two honest notes. First, the referral only works by sharing your request with lenders, so opting out means we cannot route a new request for you. Second, the most reliable way to prevent sharing is not to submit a request form. Reading any page on this site never shares your information, because the site runs no advertising trackers and sells no browsing data.
Retention
Request-related records are kept only as long as needed to process your request, meet legal and audit obligations, and resolve disputes, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
