What Sale and Sharing Mean Here
CR Payday Advance is a referral service. The only moment your personal information leaves this site is when you submit a loan request form: your request details then go to independent participating lenders so they can present offers. Under California law, that disclosure can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” even though we charge you nothing for the service.
Reading any page on this site shares nothing: we run no advertising trackers, no cross-site cookies, and we do not sell browsing data. If you never submit a request form, there is nothing to opt out of, and this page exists mainly so the choice stays yours.
How to Opt Out
- Email [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
- Include the name and the email address you used in your request, if you made one. You do not need to send identity documents for an opt-out; we treat a matching email address as sufficient.
- We confirm receipt by email and implement the opt-out within 15 business days, and generally much sooner.
An authorized agent may send the opt-out for you with your written permission; we may confirm the permission directly with you.
What Happens After You Opt Out
- We stop sharing your personal information with participating lenders, and we will not route new requests for you.
- Records we must keep for legal, audit, or dispute purposes remain under the retention schedule in our California notice.
- To opt back in at any time, simply submit a new request form. We treat that submission as fresh permission to share the details it contains.
Browsers and Global Privacy Control
Our site performs no tracking-based sales, so browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control have nothing to switch off here. The one sharing channel is the request form itself, and it is controlled by the opt-out above rather than by browser settings.
Outside California
We apply the same opt-out to everyone, not only to California residents. Residents of states with their own privacy statutes, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, can use the identical email process, and we honor comparable opt-out rights from those laws.
